Safety Protocols
In light of the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, strict office protocols have been instituted in order to protect and preserve the health and safety of both my patients and myself.
Patients should wait in their car until called to come into the office. Due to space limitations, patients cannot be accompanied beyond the front door (with the exception of a minor accompanied by a parent). Should any physical assistance be required to enter the office, please inform me prior to your scheduled visit.
All patients are required to wear face masks at all times. There will be disposable masks in the office should you need to use one. Patients should use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the office, they will then be asked several questions and have their temperature taken. Unfortunately, anyone with fever will be asked to leave. Please call to reschedule your appointment if you have fever or are feeling ill, if you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, or if you know you have any potentially contagious illness.
The surfaces in the treatment area will be cleaned and sanitized at the start of each day and prior to each patient visit. The office is fully ventilated at all times and has 2 Austin HEPA Air Filters operating as well.
Dr. Weinberg has been fully vaccinated, but continues to follow all CDC guidelines regarding safety protocols for doctors and patients in the office setting.
We are all continuing to learn how to live and cope with this serious public health crisis we currently face together. Hopefully, with continued commitment to practicing social distancing, washing hands regularly and wearing face masks in all public venues, we will succeed in preventing the spread of this highly contagious disease.
